As we know the COVID-19 was making an unhearable noise and every street on world map became vacant. In the midst of this difficult period, we were prepared to stand up for our employees and ensure a hygienic post-covidial period for all of them.

As the backbone of every organization, we start with our founders and co-founders.We‌ ‌test‌ ‌them‌ ‌using our covid tests, as well as antiseize‌ ‌them.

  • Sanitation of the whole factory and machines is done twice daily.
  • During the workday, paramedics checked every employee twice.
  • In contrast to being a chore, workers were encouraged to wash their hands.

In addition to healthier living and taking care of family and expeses, we also follow thier welfare. We have taken care of their families and they have benefited from our programs‌ ‌as‌ ‌well.

  • All the medical equipment, such as masks, sanitizers, oximeters, was provided to the workers and their families.
  • In the pandemic, we pay them 20% of their salary
  • Each worker and family underwent a Covid test.
  • To help our students who need a phone for online learning, we lent them our offices.
  • Each employee receives 2 years of life insurance free of charge.
